Chitharathai Powder

Ingredients:

● 1 teaspoon Chitharathai powder

● 1 cup hot water

● Honey (optional)

● Lemon (optional)

Method:

● Bring a cup of water to a boil.

● Add Chitharathai Powder: Add 1 teaspoon of Chitharathai powder to the boiling water.

● Let it soak for 5-10 minutes.

● Strain the mixture into a cup.

● Add honey and a squeeze of lemon to taste.

தேவையான பொருட்கள்:

● 1 தேக்கரண்டி சித்தரத்தை பொடி

● 1 கப் சூடான நீர்

● தேன் (விரும்பினால்)

● எலுமிச்சை சாறு (விரும்பினால்)

முறை:

● தண்ணீரை கொதிக்க வைத்து, அதனுடன் 1 தேக்கரண்டி சித்தரத்தை பொடி சேர்க்கவும்.

● 5-10 நிமிடங்களுக்கு பிறகு இதை வடிகட்டி, தேவைபட்டால் ஒரு டீஸ்பூன் தேன் அல்லது எலுமிச்சை சாறு சேர்த்து குடிக்கவும்.
