Fenugreek Powder

INGREDIENTS:

● 2 tablespoons fenugreek powder
● 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
● 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel

METHOD: 

● Mix fenugreek powder with coconut oil or olive oil.
● Add aloe vera gel and mix well.
● Apply the mixture to your scalp and hair.
● Leave it on for 30-45 minutes.
● Rinse thoroughly with warm water and shampoo as usual.

● 1 தேக்கரண்டி தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் அல்லது ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
● 1 தேக்கரண்டி கற்றாழை ஜெல்

முறை:

● வெந்தயப் பொடியை தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் அல்லது ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய் மற்றும் அலோ வேரா ஜெல் சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும். 
● உங்கள் உச்சந்தலையில் மற்றும் முடிக்கு கலந்த கலவையை தேய்க்கவும்.
● 30-45 நிமிடங்களுக்கு பிறகு வெதுவெதுப்பான நீரில் நன்கு தேய்த்து, ஷாம்பு செய்யவும்.
