Nilavembu Powder

முறை:

● ஒரு கப் கொதிக்கும் நீரில் 1 தேக்கரண்டி நிலவேம்பு பொடி சேர்க்கவும்.
● 5-10 நிமிடங்கள் கொதித்தவுடன் அதனை வடிகட்டி சுவைக்காக தேன் மற்றும் எலுமிச்சை சாறு சேர்த்து தினமும் ஒரு முறை குடிக்கவும்.
